We achieve efficient management of multi-model processing through positioning standardized design, quick-change tooling kits, and a recipe library system based on platform and model management.

Each product model has independent size parameters, pipe bending paths and port forming data in the control software. When changing the production model, the operator only needs to select the corresponding formula, and the system can automatically adjust the tooling positioning, sensor compensation and process parameters.
